I have never used DD-WRT. I looked at the demo simulator, but it doesn't seem to address my issue. This should be a simple question.

Stock EOC-1650 firmware includes "client router" mode for use as customer premise equipment, where wireless port is WAN and wired port is LAN. I need exactly the opposite -- standard "SOHO AP router" mode, where wired port is WAN and wireless port is LAN. Stock firmware provides an AP mode, but no NAT and no DHCP in this direction.

I don't know whether this is a firmware limitation or a hardware restriction.

If I flash one of these units with DD-WRT, will it be able to operate in this fashion?
