WRT54GL Upstream schwankt und ist stark verringert

Hallo,

ich habe einen WRT54GL, am WAN Port ist ein Kabelmodem angeschlossen.

Schließe ich einen PC direkt an das Modem an so habe ich konstant ca. 20Mbit/s down und 1Mbit/s up.
Über den WRT54GL (via LAN) bleibt der Downstream weitestgehend erhalten, der Upstream jedoch schwankt stark.
Tools wie zB. Netmeter zeigen ein sehr zackiges Diagramm.
Im Durchschnitt sind nur noch etwa 250 kbit/s drinnen.

Natürlich ist kein Virenscanner oä. aktiv.

Hatte bisher die "v24 SP1 mini" drauf, aber auch ein Update auf SP2 13064 recommended brachte keine Besserung.

Hat jemand eine Idee woran das liegen könnte?

Hallo,

habe mal testweise einen kleinen Switch dazwischen (zwischen WAN Port des WRTs und dem Modem) gehängt - und siehe da voller Upload Speed.

Hat jemand eine Idee was ich machen könnte?
Allzu viel Einstellungen für den WAN Port (zB. flow control oä.) kann man ja nicht vornehmen.
Oder doch bzw. über die CLI?
