Hi,
I am trying to access my hard drive partitions mounted to my WNDR3700 running build 15747. It works fine with Windows XP and guest access from Mac Os X 10.6.5 is also ok.
But if I try to connect using the user/password combination that works fine with Windows XP, Mac Os says "invalid login". It worked fine with the stock firmware.
Any ideas?

My configuration:
Code:
[global]
server string = readyshare
workgroup = workgroup
bind interfaces only = Yes
map to guest = Bad User
smb passwd file = /var/samba/smbpasswd
private dir = /var/samba
passdb backend = smbpasswd
log file = /var/smbd.log
max log size = 1000
socket options = TCP_NODELAY
printing = none
load printers = No
usershare allow guests = No

[Share1]
comment =Share
path = /jffs/nas/share1
read only = No
guest ok = No

After searching for ages I finally found the solution:
For some reason the username must be written in uppercase letters in Mac Os X.
