Hi,
I've installed the Firmware: DD-WRT v24-sp2 (10/10/09) mini-usb-ftp on my LinkSys WRT54G V2 router. It is configured as a wifi access point for my network, the main internet connection comes in from another router.
The DNS/DHCP is set to point to the other router and this all seems to work fine.
I can't seem to get access restrictions working though. Does this work only on the WAN port or can you get it working to block traffic across the LAN (as it would be in my case).
I have WAN port as Switch enabled. Can anybody offer any advice in this situation? Specifically I want to be able to block certain keywords and ideally, websites.
You have to do routing in order for AR to work. ie. enable the WAN port and use it. _________________ Read the forum announcements thoroughly! Be cautious if you're inexperienced.
