Hallo,

kurze frage ...

Hardware: WL-500gp V1
Firmware: DD-WRT v24-sp2 (09/23/10) mega-special

Hello,

one question...

Does QoS with HFSC run in the last Special build perfectly?
Or should I better use HTB?
Goes for me to first linie around uses commenting on contemporary issues,
above all, VOIP and Gaming.

hab grade mal mein setup getestet.
ein paar sachen sind mir aufgefallen...

setup (web gui):

Code:

why is there no german customer forum... maybe i'm just blind ?

anyway sash, u should be able to understand me?! Wink

but ok i give it a try in english..
so, i got a problem with HFSC.

Router: Asus WL-500gP v1
Firmware: DD-WRT v24-sp2 (09/23/10) mega-special
(SVN revision 15253)

pingtimes are going crazy when i do something like gaming @ xbox live.
there is only 20kb/s IN and OUT bandwith @ my WAN when i play, so i don't understand why the pings are not stable !
without QoS enabled the pings are stable but it's not possible to play and download at the same time.
i'm sure that i set up everything correct but it's not working perfect for me.

the good news are that HTB is working !!
pingtimes are stable !

anyway i want to know why HFSC is not working as it should ?
i thought it was better for VOIP and gaming.

so, i will test HTB a few days and maybe it's enough for my setup.
got anyone of u guys a perfect working HFSC setup ?
