wrt54g version 6 updated to version 1.02.8

Alright.. I bought my router about 2 years ago updated it to the only upgradable firmware version off the linksys website to 1.02.8...

I want to try the dd-wrt firmware but I'm concerned because I don't want to use the version 6's dd-wrt firmware if its not going to work with this newer OEM firmware..

Also I didn't make a copy of the original firmware to take it back to factory

Is there anything to worry about ?

I went ahead and changed the firmware over to dd-wrt and it worked. Just wanted to get that posted for the people who care
