As we had a real bad link between 2 stations( about 2km distance but trees in the way ), I have bought a Yagi 14dbi Antenna now.
I decided to buy a Yagi, as this Antenna is on top of a high building and recieves a lot of different networks so a lot of noise, whats less now( we had a panel antenna before ).
The problem is that I get a better signal with the Yagi antenna now, but my link wont work if I try to use it for sending.
On the other station is a panel-antenna.
So again: dd-wrt cfg on a WRT54GL:
left-antenna: Yagi
right: panel
right tx, left rx: link, but still bad
left tx, right rx: no link
what can be the problem here? why can´t I just use the Yagi for tx and rx?
Are there some problems with combining Yagi and panel-antennas I don´t know yet?

Its a 94' Freightliner classic flattop. Same model as my old one was, different motor and suspension. This one has a faring on it years ago and was removed. The 4x4 angle bar goes across the rear puck mount from one faring mount to the other. Then a 4x4 was sandwiched by some galvanized and U-bolted between the 2 horns, then the galvanized C-channel was mounted across the front and the front puck is hard mounted for now. I am going to add another adapter galvanized piece (short one) and use it for the front puck and have a slide so I can adjust the length between front and rear antennas. I wanted a mount at 6 foot, but the one clearence light is underneath at 6 feet. Still working on the ground cables, but almost done. This was the only picture I was able to get due to memory being full on the camera at the time!!
