I don't have that router but it won't be hard to figure out.
See the two smt resisters next to the 5 pins? (r544 & r454)
One will be connected to the tx pin, the other to the rx pin. At least one of the pins will be ground. You can find that with an ohm meter (zero ohm to a ground point). One pin will be 3.3v (vcc)
if you have a three wire ttl adapter, no need to worry about vcc.
If it like the linksys models, on pin will show open (n/c).

A router is an electronic device that interconnects two or more computer networks, and selectively interchanges packets of data between them.
