Hi,

I'm fairly new to this whole dd-wrt scene, bricked my WRT610N v2 but was able to restore it by shorting the two recovery pins, learned my lesson well. Anyway, I'm currently running DD-WRT v24-sp2 (04/23/10) mega (v14331) and all is finally well.

After finishing my Samba setup and a proper configuration of my 1TB WD disk, I gave unfs3 a shot since its a bit more native than smb for a mac. When I try to mount I get the error "Not a directory". Here is some output:

Code:
macbook:~ jorijn$ showmount -e 192.168.1.1
Exports list on 192.168.1.1:
/mnt/data/                          <anon clnt>
macbook:~ jorijn$ mount -t nfs 192.168.1.1:/mnt/data/ test/
mount_nfs: can't access /mnt/data/: Not a directory
macbook:~ jorijn$

Tried viewing the router's syslog, which gave me "unfsd[2200]: 192.168.1.103 attempted to mount non-directory". After spending about two days trying to figure out whats wrong and trying every possible combination of options I'm at the point of giving up and asking the community for help. Here is some information that might help solving this issue;

Config
/mnt/data/ (rw,no_root_squash,insecure)

Processlist
2193 1 1124 S /opt/sbin/portmap
2200 root 6288 S /opt/sbin/unfsd -e /opt/etc/exports

File permissions on /mnt/data
root@wrt610n:~# ls -la /mnt/data
drwxr-xr-x 5 root root 4096 Jun 13 23:26 .

Dear community, please help? :-)

I also spent 2 days trying to make unfs3 running on my RT-N16, with the same result "Not a directory".

After this, I remove unfs3 package and install the same one from kamikaze distribution of openwrt which worked very well, without any problem.

If need more details, please let me know and I'll post everything about it.

Daniel
