Hi there.
Yesterday I have flashed to DD-WRT v24SP1 to my Huawei D100 3G Gateway.
However I need usbserial support for my 3G Modem. As I read the WIKI they said I should be able to use the whiterussian kernel modules which I tried. I could insert the usb-core and usb-ohci perfectly into the kernel, but usbstorage complained for a missing symbol. I thougt, ok I have a toolchain for my router on my desktop pc, with the sources I could compile the modules I need myself. So I tried downloading the sources, and guess what? only found sources up to v23 which seem to have another kernel. As I guess the dd-wrt kernel is not taken unmodified from kernel.org, so does anyone here know where to get the needed sources for v24?
i think the dd-wrt toolchain is crap. i'd never got it to work (and i am familiar with kernel development), whereas then openwrt buildsystem works out of the box.
your best try is probably to ask eko for a specific build.
