My antenna broke off and its missing that "screw in" piece for the antenna.

So I need an antenna, and that "screw in" piece.

Anyone know where can I buy a replacement?

And what exactly is that "screw in" piece called? Antenna replacements are easy to find, but I can screw it in without that piece.

I cannot really see what it is, but I guess RP-TNC Female Connector. Remove your other antenna and compare with these pictures.

Yeah it is an RP-TNC female connector that I am missing.

So i bought one and it looks exactly like this

so the top part is the screw on the antenna.
the bottom goes to the router.

problem is that its too big and doesn't go in now.

i'm gonna try to trim the edges a bit and maybe jam it in somehow

they are "pressed" in to the part connected to the mb of the router.

it will be hard to get in. That also makes it hard to fall out. Don't trim it too much.

tap it in with a block of wood.. (the handle of a hammer works nicely).
