Noob question re Netgear Router

After alot of searching I have finally identified the version number of my router Netgear WNR834B Ver 1, the database tells me that the V24 Presp2 build 13064 is recommended, the peacock thread says not to use that one but go on redhawks recommendations above but I cant find that thread above so ...could someone just tell me the firmware version i should be installing for the router Ver 1
