Hello, I have little problem with LED which shows wifi activity on the ASUS WL 500gP V1 router. Is it global problem of communication between DD WRT firmware and router HW or is here any simple solution, how to persuade this LED to show that wifi is off and according this the LED is inactive? Other ther fws can show this state on or off correctly. Some comunication between HW and FW is OK, because LED blinking during file transfer on wifi. If you know the solution, please give me an advise.

Was this ever addressed ?
Or is it simply considered a known issue ?

I have the same issue with my WL-500gP v1 running 13401 NEWD Mini-USB Eko .. the AIR LED remains on even if WiFi has been disabled.

Is there a workaround, gpio command, etc etc ???

Hopefully it will not anger the gods, but I have opened a ticket for this.

So we shall see what becomes of it ... cross your fingers Smile

This is a problem with these routers: If I set right value, so led turns off when radio is off, the router will crash 80% of time in client mode.

Better to have stable router then one tiny led cosmetic problem.
