I installed DD-wrt on a bullet2HP. On the first day I had the problem. At the outset, he was working and then the program did not respond to me. I am prepared Firmware old bullets, then installed DD-wrt again, worked well at first, and in response the next day has become very slow.
Help??????
I found a version (Bullet2 (HP) - v24 preSP2 - Build 11495,should be a beta version!!!) What should I do? Can I upgrade or install again. What about the license key?.

Mine runs really strangely, and slow, sometimes, too. I gave it a better power supply, and run it at 25db, and it runs allright. Im using: DD-WRT v24-sp2 (01/29/09) std
(SVN revision 11514), I'll update mine, too, and see if that makes a difference.
Appreciate this thread, thanks.

I have the same issue on a bullet2, not the HP but the simple bullet2.
I accidentially DL the firmware mentioned here and loaded it, it seemed to be missing some function, when I rereat the thread and looked at teh FW image name, I saw it was HP, so I went back to the lates release I could find, DD-WRT v24-sp2 (07/21/09) std. I did change the GUI style to xirian, and it seems to perform slightly peppier, but that may just be anecdotal.
I do have to confess that I did not do a 30/30/30, as the actual unit is 45 foot up on a tower and going out and getting it is a pain. I will do it eventually though and go through the whole flashing process. I did do a factory reset, power cycle, factory rest, power cycle, load ddwrt, factory reset, powercycle, factory reset, powercycle, configure (closest I could get without climbing)
Is this a known issue on the bullet due to its limited memory, then Im not overly concerned.
Ive tried accessing in IE, Opera, and chrome, with the same result.
Is there a better image to load? (I have professional activation on this so I dont want to mess to much and invalidate my license key)
any help would be appreciated.
If the only solution is to not use the cheapest radio I could find, then just tell me, I have thick skin.
Note, I am very new to dd-wrt, and this is probably a new guy screw up, im well aware of that, and that there is probably something (30/30/30 excluded) very simple and plainly documented that I have missed

its not your problem
is just the atheros driver that is a big bulshit
look at my speeds at only 700m on a 27dBm senao eoc-2610 with the latest build
@mochoandre, I have a network running at almost the same distance as yours, and in the past I had also 40% signal quality, which was giving me minimum 36Mbps and most of the time 48Mbps.
There is definetely an issue with your configuration, it might be parasites in your area. GeeTek gave you some advices, but you did not come back with the results.
Would be nice stopping telling everybody you paid 42 euros for a product which is not working, as dd-wrt works fine. You should investigate deeper, it might be an hardware issue also.

ok...last chance 4 u.
go focus on your setup problem and dont worry other people with your non knowledge of ddwrt. the driver and system is proved on many thousands of prof ap's around the world so its no ddwrt problem
if u still bash around i will lock your account. _________________ Forum Guidelines...How to get help

I must say I already use dd-wrt for 2 or 3 years with very good results in linksys WRT54GL, WRT54GS and foneras.
The problems is with this 2 eoc-2610 wich I have invested a considerable amount of money to get a better connection but are performing very poorly
About the geektek configuration, I apreciate, but i did not come back with the results because they were the same.

Should I be scare?
why? can't we talk here freely ?
as I said in other post i've tryed hundreds of configuration combinations and firmware build all performing poorly.
And it seems to me that you have an almighty wisdom judging for the tone you speek maybe you can give me some configuration enlightment instead of just saying its a problem with my configuration
