This is a g2 v1.3 booting... The hardware error at the end is when I unplugged it.:

So... I don't know what to say except clear nvram & kernel with jtag or just keep trying. Several have posted that they "finally got it" _________________ [Moderator Deleted]
No but the build is good, that's why I referenced it. You have to decide for yourself, you can run any the 12XXX series or go with something older just not v23.

to clear this up, i have a wrt54g v.2 i guess you guys would put it, not the newer sleeker looking wrt54g2.
Successful upgrade. I'm posting while it is in use now. I want to thank everyone for their help.
