I noticed that this router is compatible despite being listed as a Ralink chipset. Does this mean more Ralink chipsets are going to be added to the compatibility list in the future or is this router an exception?
Does the fact that this router works mean other Ralink chipsets may also work if tested? For instance I have an Edimax 6504n and I would dearly love to put dd-wrt on it, but it wasn't on the compatibility list. Have changes since been made to dd-wrt so this router may now be compatible?

I believe Brainslayer / DD-WRT has a relationship with Buffalo hardware.
That's why the WHR-G300N is supported currently.
From reading other question posts, support may always be a possibility.
The devs do need a test router though, that won't be sent back. _________________ Soylent Green Is People !
