Hello.

I have Windows 2k3 Ent. Ed. with IAS Service. I saw Remote Authentication Dial-In User Service in wireless options. I made account for the router, enter the shared secred, uncheck Request contain the...

I have Domain Controler and AD service. In the router setting I enter server IP, port - default

Maximum Unauthenticated Users: 0
Password Format: MAC
RADIUS Shared Secret: the secred from IAS account
Override Radius if Server is unavailable: uncheck.

The problem is, that Wireless client can't connect and I get errors in the event log:

domain\mac
unknow user or bad password.

I use WPA2 Mixed Shared key for wireless security.

What is wrong ?
Also can I restrict connect wirelessly by day and time for some MAC using Active Directory ? I try to made user DOMAIN\userMAC but isn't work.

Thanks. Rolling Eyes

Yes. But I don't talk for wireless security with RADIUS, i talk for wireless connect rights with RADIUS / AD accounts.(Like day and time restrictions, or MAC access) Rolling Eyes
