Hallo zusammen,

ich bin mal wieder zu blöd, aber vielleicht hat jemand einen Tipp für mich.

Habe zum Testen mal nen 2348-4Light besorgt mit v24SP2 drauf.
Nun nutze ich auf meinen APs WPA-Verschlüsselung und für die Userauthetifizierung nen Radiusserver.
Lauft auch alles wunderbar in Verbindung mit den WRT54LG oder den Asus APs mit v23SP2 drauf.

Nun kann ich aber bei der v24SP2 auf dem 2348-4 gar keinen Radiusserver eintragen, wenn ich die WPA-Verschlüsselung anwähle.
Hab ich da was übersehen ?
Oder hat jemand nen Tipp für mich wie das nun funktionieren soll ?

hmm, hab ich mir mal angesehen (hatte ich vorher aber auch schon mal durchgeklickt)

Aber wo wird da der WPA Shared-Key abgelegt ??
Oder liegt bzw. muss der zentral auf dem Radiusserver ?

da gibts logischerweise keinen shared key...sondern ne benutzer auth die dann per wpa verschluesselt wird

Ahhhh, ok.
Na bis jetzt hab ich es mir was einfacher gemacht.
Bei der v23 konnte ich zusätzlichen nen Shared Key verwenden, da hatte man sich das Anmelden gespart.

Hab ich das richtig im Kopf, dass man dann mit nem WPA-Supplicant arbeiten muss !?

Und wie sieht das mit Usern aus die hintern ném AP im Clientmodus sitzen.
Da muss ich doch bei den Sicherheitseinstellungen auch was ändern, Shared Key wirkt da ja nicht mehr.
Hast du damit schon mal gearbeitet ?
Oder hast du eine ganz andere und vielleicht besser Idee ?
