Long story short: some months ago I got bricked Belkin f5d7230 v1000. I tried all possible and "impossible" things - shorthing pins too.

The board is RT210W (it is the same in Siemens SE505 v1, ....)

There is 20 pin header on board - totally undocumented. It is NOT jtag.

As pictures tell 1000 words, here they are: (look for RA11 - under mini-pci card)

To flash use latest wrt54g v4.8, with these parameters: /fc:29 /nocwd /nobreak /noreset

And "my" belkin is happy again... doing some routing.
Code:
C:\Temp\jtag>wrt54g -probeonly /nobreak /fc:29

They go to top-left of CPU. TMS goes to A4 pin - other somewhere inside but close.
See picture 1.

Just multimeter....
I compared known working pinout on my Buffalo WLA-G54, where I can trace TMS to A4, but then took me 6 tries to found other 3 lines.
