hello, maybe I haven't read the articles/instructions right, but I am unclear on how to flash dd-wrt onto the EOC-2610. I have purchased an activation. I cannot seem to get redboot to install or work on Windows XP. To my understanding linux.bin must be flashed first to allow the dd-wrt firmware? Any help would be greatly appreciated, the documentation on the firmware download page seems a bit unclear for me. I have flashed dd-wrt sucessfully on 2 other devices (linksys) but this seems to be a different process altogether. thanks!

Thank you. The 'backdoor' version worked fine for me. I was only worried about bricking the unit, and wanted to make sure of the right thing to do. Very Happy
