упс Smile)) Большое спасибо, я уж занялся составлением своего скрипта.
Интерфейс dd-wrt не всегда понятен.

подозрения подтвердились, роутер пришлось сбросить Smile

добавил в автозагрузку 2 правила
Обнуление таблицы нат и добавил правило маскарада с ip адресов vpn. все работает
