Major problems with DD-WRT V24SP1 Special and Linksys DMA2200

Hello,
I’ve recently setup a Linksys DMA2200 http://www.linksysbycisco.com/US/en/products/DMA2200
And discovered that when it’s connected over cat5 or wireless to a Buffalo WHR-HP-G54 that is loaded with DD-WRT v24-sp1 (07/27/08) std-special - build 10011 the DMA2200 will completely freeze after less than 2 minutes.

I’ve disabled the Firewall completely, removed only Filter multicast, put the DMA2200 in the DMZ, all without success.

If I go through another router Netgear Prosafe FWG114p, the DMA220 never freezes.
I also got it working with a crossover cable to a second NIC on the MCE computer and the DMA2200.

After some research I found that Linksys has released a new firmware for the WRT54g to address that very issue. Firmware 1.02.4
- Resolves interoperability issue with DMA2200 and DMA2100.
- Resolves issue with how multicast packets with checksum error are being handled.

Does DD-WRT v24-sp1 (07/27/08) std-special - build 10011 have the same level of Fix?
I want to keep all the great features of DD-WRT, and at the same time use the DMA2200 on the same network.
Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Scoobieguy.
