Hello,

I want to if there's a way to schedule a computer to awake on a specified date and time. My main objetive is to turn on my computer (for downloads mainly) after I sleep, because I have some difficulties to do that while my computer is on, but if it turns on while I'm already sleeping I won't do a thing (Yes I'm a heavy sleeper).

Thanks

You can do it with a cron entry (Cron is a scheduling service).

You should find plenty of help in the following wiki articles:

CRON
WOL through Telnet/SSH
