Hey, I'm just wondering if it's possible to run the following commands from the command box on the web gui?

nvram set cpuclk=220
nvram commit
startservice overclock

I have my Fon running at 199 but it was getting hot in my room and I'd lose the web gui. I moved my router onto my window sil as it's winter here and very cold next to my window and since then it doesn't get as hot and I always have web gui.

Today, I decided to put an old CPU fan on my Fon and it doesn't get hot at all so I wanna bump it up to 220.

Cheers

EDIT

Never mind, I just took the plunge and tried it. Pasted the commands in and clicked save startup, rebooted and now I'm at 219MHz Very Happy

Ok, so now I'm at 220MHz, my fon is still not getting warm with the fan mod.

Can the fon handle 240MHz at all or has the problem been it getting too hot? I saw on the overclocking thread that when someone tried it, it didn't work but putting it in the freezer helped revive it to put it back down.

Oh, here is a pic of my fan mod too. I'm pretty pleased with it although I might try spraying the fan white.
