Greetings.

I just purchased the firmware for my router but find that I am a bit confused with all of the versions. My primary need is to control the bandwidth on particular host systems. My router does not specify version 1.1 so I assume it is version 1.

Can someone clarify the process to install and should / can I use SP1?

Thank you for your assistance.

just install the generic.bin file with web interface, or the wrt600n.bin file. since this router has alot of memory, you can use the mega one. but the bandwidth control options are available in all editions. just the micro edition will not be compatible to the wrt600n (the micro does not support the 802.11n chipsets and is only made for small routers)
