I wish to purchase a router that supports the DD-WRT firmware. 95% of the time the router will be used in Repeater mode. I want it to support 802.11 a/b/g/n. I once owned a bufflo router that had a plug for an extra/external antennta, if possible i hope to get a router that has this capability. I want the highest possible wireless range.
Any recommendations?
My plan is to mount this device in my vehical and use a network cable to connect to my laptop, then when I am at home I want to connect the repeater to home wireless network to access the internet, instead of having to bring the laptop inside.
