Hey there,

I've been scrolling and searching this forum from top to bottom and back to top, but couldn't find anything much about the WRT54G v7.2

I've opened mine and it contains a broadcom chip and 2 samsung chips. Since this is a broadcom chip, could anyone tell me how come this one is not supported? I wasn't able to find much explaination anywhere on the internet... Sad

Its because its so new, I believe a couple of people on the forum have these, not to many. And they have installed DD-WRT..

Check the forum, or wait untill someone else see your post.

The K8D1716UBC-PI07 = 16M Bit (2M x8/1M x16) Dual Bank NOR Flash Memory

The other samsung chip has indeed like punker_4_real says.

FCCID I haven't been able to figure out yet.. The FCCID doesn't seem to be printed / sticked anywhere Rolling Eyes

I bet if you flash Killer V3 thru the web upgrade page, pay special attention to the instructions. And then tftp Pre RC-7 "Eko's Folder" it will work just fine.

Must be MICRO

Since I only find multiple vxworks killers v3s and find different versions of Eko's folder... and I don't want to flash the wrong stuff, could you point me to the links?

Hang on a little double checking, because thats a G and not a GS, they have different code patterns
