Can you tell us your details?? I still can't get this working
Im still having a few problems with it, like not being able to write to the SD card or even right to the router, im unable to make any changes to the files make dir etc, anyone able to help on that one.
Hey all, seems like u all are having similary problems as I am. I have a Linksys WRTGL v1.1 that I bought from tekunix, it came premodded with an 1GB SD card and DD-wrt, all was working great for months. However, after my router became unresonsive I had to reset the firmware to defaults to be able to access it again.
The problem is that I just can't seem to get the SD card working again. I have tried multiple versions of DD-WRT, and done everything suggested in this thread. The sd card used to show up as /dev/mmc and would mount on /mmc. It looks like mmc is not listed in /dev/ anymore.
dmesg results in this error no matter how I set the GPIO pins in the web interface:
Quote:
mmc: starting module with: SD_DI=0x04, SD_DO=0x10, SD_CLK=0x8, SD_CS=0x80
mmc: this board has no MMC mod installed!

Getting,
mmc: starting module with: SD_DI=0x8, SD_DO=0x10, SD_CLK=0x4, SD_CS=0x80
mmc: this board has no MMC mod installed!
mmc: error in mmc_init (-1)
checked wiring.
Resoldered everything.
Tried v.23 and v.24 generic versions multiple times.
Tried auto mode and manual.
Tried 2 different preformatted cards.
The only thing I haven't done is upped the amperage of the power supply. Before I go ripping apart power supplies can anyone verify these voltages at the card:
I rechecked the gpio's. They all worked. One thing I did notice that I hadn't before when toggling between enable and disable on gpio4, gpio2 would turn off and on and when it was on it would flash. gpio2 would also respond to a gpio enable/disable 2 command.
My config is standard to every tutorial out there.
DI=0x4 (gpio2)
DO=0x10(gpio4)
CLK=0x8(gpio3)
CS=0x80(gpio7)
I will try anything!!! This isn't my first mod. All others were successful. Even on this same version linksys. Those boxes however are long since deceased.
