I have IPv6 somewhat working with Spectrum.
The router gateway and dns server is providing the correct IPv6 link-local address

The router dns for itself is resolving to an IPv6 link-local address that is one off (and non-existent)

The router dns seems to be resolving to non-link-local IPv4 or IPv6 for every other devices. |
