I have IPv6 somewhat working with Spectrum.

The router gateway and dns server is providing the correct IPv6 link-local address
Code:
fe80::8269:1aff:fe1e:1ade

The router dns for itself is resolving to an IPv6 link-local address that is one off (and non-existent)
Code:
fe80::8269:1aff:fe1e:1adf

The router dns seems to be resolving to non-link-local IPv4 or IPv6 for every other devices.
