After a series of power outages with my MR7350 running DD-WRT 63600, the LAN interface reverted to its default IP (192.168.1.1), and the NVRAM appears to be damaged. The Web UI is now accessible only with my root password, and no other combinations found online or through Gemini have worked.
I have tried every suggested method to reset the NVRAM without success, including holding the Reset button, holding it during power-on, holding the WPS button during power-on, attempting a TFTP upload of the original firmware, and performing three consecutive power cuts during startup to access the alternate boot partition—none produced results.
While it’s possible, I missed a step, I have repeated the process numerous times and have successfully done this with other routers before.
Although I have a configuration backup, I am now stuck with a locked and corrupted NVRAM. Aware that flashing custom firmware voids the warranty, I have opened the device and am prepared to use JTAG if all other options prove useless.
Any advice or proposals to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Did you try tftp the DDWRT factory reset to both partitions?
Then the 63600 or whatever version you are comfortable with?
Don't suppose you have a spare power adaptor lying around do you? Most of the routers I have used in the last few years seem to use the same power units.
I run 63600 with MR7350 and have not had any problems - so it isn't a typical fault or there would be at least 2 or 3 regular forum users with the same problem.

You wouldn't be able to access it this way if it were bricked. Everything after "root password" tells me that you're not quite understanding the situation.

Indeed, I didn't manage to login with root account. Sorry, but I was mislead by Copilot writing assistant.
First paragraph should be read:

The Web UI is now accessible, but access with root account is not possible – neither with last actual password, nor with many “default” combinations found online or through Gemini.

The problem with TFTP method was that TFTP client is unable to connect - I try to connect in the first moment TCP/IP responds - run ping -t 192.168.1.1 and when first reply came push "put" button. When Web GUI is loaded there is an error that port 69 refuse connection or something similar.
Of course, if I was able to get to any means to switch boot partitions I will, but I couldn't find a way to get to any kind of command interface to do it. Many of the methods require precise timing and I try many times with hope that I'll manage to reset NVRAM.
Today I bought USB-to-Serial adapter in order to try JTAG interface.

Before power outages it work perfect I even have a small UPS, but I didn't notice that battery require replacement.
Well, the one thing you are misunderstanding is that Serial console is _not_ JTAG. In fact, I do not think there's even a JTAG header on the board for this router.
Thank you for the note. Point taken.
BTW after restoration of dd-wrt on partition 2 I try to restore original Linksys firmware on partition 1. Not successful for the moment - after reboot the Linksys Web GUI was not functioning, DHCP works and probably some other services. Will continue work after couple of days.
