I get the following errors when I first boot the PC. It is stuck in a reboot cycle. Last working build that I could find is r61711 from last year. It is a completely new install using the full VGA EFI 2GB image written using Phydiskwrite on Windows.

I updated to this build this morning. I didn't do a full wipe. Web upgraded full x64 from r63257 to r63295. I didn't try a EFI ones yet. EFI boot might be the issue.
It looks like it's missing a partition or corruption or something we had this same issue about 2 months ago.
Try the non EFI versions if possible. Also if your depending on ipv6 to be working hold off on these builds after r62606 the last build that worked with ipv6 was r62606. Try the EFI version of that build.
@ian5142:
I never made the EFI builds work with my mini PC too.
But this was a long time ago, since them I'm on the non EFI, VGA 2GB images, they work.
As @flood404 stated -and this is my finding too- go with r62606.
All builds after this are currently problematic.

Hello all,
I even tried to install 61711, last working build that I could find that works on initial install. Then web upgrade to 62606 or 63695. Neither worked, same error as screenshot.

Yes, that is the link I used. If you look, it is missing the initial flash file though. Like I said I tried a web upgrade from 61711 to 63295 or 61711 to 62606. Neither worked.

did you delete ALL partitions on the drive before writing the new build to HDD?
I use MiniTool Partition Wizard for deleting the partitions and Active Disk Image Pro for writing the new build to disk.

I used minitool partition wizard for deleted all of the partitions. I then used phydiskwrite, the command line version to write it. It works fine on 61711. I have tried every build I listed above.
