Router/Version: industrial PC N4000 4GB RAM, 2*intel i226-v
File: dd-wrt_x64-webupgrade_full_vga_2GB.bin
Firmware: DD-WRT v3.0-r62192 std (09/26/25)
Kernel: Linux 6.12.48 #215 SMP Fri Sep 26 02:20:21 +07 2025 x86_64
Mode: Gateway, SFE disabled, Wireguard for external access, WAN (PPPoE/VLAN7) to GPON Modem, Automatic Drive Mount disabled - using own mount script for USB Disk, nfs to access USB3-ext4 SSD, Force reconnect 5:00 in the morning, using my own local NTP, CPU governour set to ondemand by script, Ignore WAN DNS, Recursive DNS Resolving (Unbound).
Reset: No
Status: Installed today, ERROR.

PPPoE does not start automatic. Status --> WAN states connected, but nothing happens. You have to click "disconnect" there in order to connect.
This behaviour started with two builds before previous release.
You can reboot the router and wait but rp-pppoe.so gets not loaded and pppd 2.4.8 isn't started before you click on disconnect.

Still no mention of fixing the Realtek 8125 issue. Since it is taking a while to get this issue fixed, I am thinking about trying Kong's new version of X86 64 bit OpenWRT. I tried the X86 version of OpenWRT for a while and liked it but the disc space for their generic version is very limited so there is no way to install many packages. There is a way to increase the disc space but I tried and failed at that because I am limited in may abilities when it comes to Linux. The Kong version is already much larger and has most of the packages I am interested in already built in.

Yeah I am not seeing any work being done with the RTL8125 or 8169 driver that is causing our issue here.

I don't know how to roll back a driver manually in Linux or compile a version with the working driver to fix the issue we got.

This build I am 100% sure doesn't fix the issue we got with the error 8169 driver causing an error -5.

Can someone test if iperf3 performance for ipv6 is still up?

My figures for ipv6 towards multiple VPS and mobiles (4g and LTE) of mine are abyssmal, like below 2 Mbit/s!

IPv4 is fine.

EDIT
Seems to be Nat66 related.
Gonna research further.

iperf3 -c URL -6 does give one digit figures in my LAN, except when used on the router itself.
