Thank you very much for helping me with this. I did not realize that my problem was unique to my individual router--bad flash memory sectors definitely deserve to be in the category of, "Tough luck, you need to get a new router."
Even so, you provided a solution to me: As I posted in the r59093 release thread, I was able to install that via nmrpflash and boot successfully. That is more than I could reasonably hope for with a faulty router.

So, I think I should stop asking for any further help. There is no need to take any further action, but just to address your last post: I did try installing the file you attached via the webUI, but it failed.
