the only thing that comes to my mind is to replace 9.9.9.9 with 1.1.1.1...and try
as quad9 sometimes may block certain web sties...
last resort is reflash your router in case of a bad flash and rdo settings manually..
as we don't know your general router set up (settings you use) we cannot diagnose further...and its kind of a "case closed" ... _________________ Atheros

Again, I accessed them just fine via direct, through DD-WRT / ISP router cascade and via Tor Browser, Brave with Private/Tor enabled, and Epic with VPN proxy. So, unless there's a browser extension or add-on doing some voodoo who-do, no idea as your PC is resolving DNS just fine. _________________ "Life is but a fleeting moment, a vapor that vanishes quickly; All is vanity"

I had that thought as well but since OP is using dreaded Quad 8's also I considered that moot.

I was also accessing via vpn, proton WG.
Maybe @dotmilwrtdd should try access with vpn such as proton free acct or many other as @kp mentioned. |
