You have a serial cable for this router, maybe you can enable the eoip tunnel and see if you can send another log of it?
I no longer have that configuration as I have been onto other things. However, you can do this yourself with this or any release, without a serial cable by doing the #strings /dev/mtd26 command and post the output here as an attachment. I am sure since it still doesn't work with latest releases, it has to be dumping the kernel which this command would confirm.
I have been focusing most of my time on 802.11s and Transmit Power issues atm.
Understood and will do. I have been watching the 802.11s and Transmit Power issues atm postings. _________________ 5 Linksys MX4300 LN1301 DD-WRT v3.0-r58376 std (09/11/24)

Previous/Reset: DD-WRT v3.0-r58389 std (09/20/24), last reset at r58389
Mode/Status: Gateway (SFE), Access Point (DD-WRT firmware,2.4GHz, 5GHZ, WPA2/WPA3, 802.11r/v/k), IPV6 (DHCP6 w/ prefix delegation), Entware, DOT via SmartDNS/DNSMasq, OpenVPN server, Wireguard Server
Issues/Errors:
Up 2.5 hours. USB 3.2 stick working properly for Entware and "jffs" partitions. Speed (tested via nPerf.com) is very close to published, which is equal or favorable to the ISP router. Wireguard and OpenVPN servers both working as expected and throughput sufficient to open video files on network shares.
Random reboots with NSS-ECM enabled, maybe once every 24 hours.
Thank you Brainslayer.

Netgear Wndr-r4300 Up and running for about 1 hour before i was all of a sudden disconnected from the internet with sfe on. Previous firmware was 09/02/2024-r58283 ran with no issues with sfe enabled.

Issues/Errors: Wifi status lights are off
Router/Version: Netgear R7500v2
Update method: CLI using PuTTY
File/Kernel: r58461 / Linux 6.1.112-rt28 #477 SMP PREEMPT Fri Oct 4 03:02:03 +07 2024 arm
Previous/Reset: r57793 / No
Mode/Status: Wired AP / Working normally 10 min
Issues/Errors: 5Ghz wifi speed drop
Speeds are great, but the 7500v2 5Ghz wifi speed drops from 500Mbps to 2-5Mbps after 12-24hrs. Might be happening sooner but that's the range of time from the reboot I perform to when I notice the issue. I did not see anything obvious in the logs, on Wireless Status I see 202 RX Errors out of 79747 under wlan0. Rebooting fixes it for a short time. Wifi lights are still off on R9000; it's a nice to have but not vital.
Edit: interestingly, I haven't rebooted the 7500v2 but my speed returned. Though the RX errors doubled during the speedtest.
ssergey Life is a mystery same, as the mystery you ware into...
-cloudflare-dns.com those had an outrage https://thehackernews.com/2024/10/cloudflare-thwarts-largest-ever-38-tbps.html
-no idea why you have such a SmartDNS "cloud me flare" config..but you know better than me..
-1 or 2 lines (diff IP's) of the same resolver would be sufficient enough, no need of guacamole
-although it will work, its not a good practice to mix https and tls servers in the same config...i guess one will be prioritized than another...
- server 8.8.8.8 -bootstrap-dns - bootstrap DNS is not very much needed, nut anyway...
-to use DNS4 & DNS6 you also need an IPv6 i believe...(we dont know about your settings do we)
-Glad that everything is working, again (if Gen Z was on the same page would be great...)
Thanks for the advice and trying to help. Encrypted DNS is a new topic for me. I found out the main reason of incorrect behavior.
There was no NTP name resolution (since I got rid of all DNS servers of the provider) - no time synchronization, no time synchronization - no connection with encrypted DNS (all on certificates, and they have expiration dates). Because of this, name resolution was falling off.
Here is the solution:
One line is added to DNSMASQ
server=/stratum2.ru/1.0.0.1
Time synchronization and stable SmartDNS work appeared at once
It's hard to be a moron

Is it possible that something regarding the time is borked?
The automatic reboot does not fire at 6:02 in the morning, instead It happens at 4:02 in the morning over the last few days.
Nothing happens at 6:02. (similar on my other device, see x86 thread).

No problems besides the time zone shift mentioned by Zyxx and the 5 GHz WLAN stability issues regarding broadcast packets, mentioned in detail at: https://forum.dd-wrt.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=1307405#1307405. Ethernet broadcasts are getting lost after some minutes/hours of operation. This renders ARP requests to wired clients connected to a station bridge useless as they will be never answered. Had the same behavior with earlier firmware releases.

Never had a problem with R7800 as an AP and R7000 as a client bridge. With WRX36 as an AP and the same R7000 as a client bridge, I exactly see this problem: https://github.com/openwrt/openwrt/issues/9555

Issues/Errors:
Very strange behavior. Sometimes, when AP pretty far from android phone device and hard using wifi, wifi crashed, also crashed samba share, and no more accessible hdd's (no share folders), also no dlna hdd's accessible (no share). But in the same time in service tab showing that hdd's mounted...
At the and, samba and mini dlna not usable in this point. After crash, reboot do not helps, helps only disable usb service and enable it again.

Same situation, same behavior. I was tried to set 2.4 to 25dbi, 5 to 20dbi, but issue not in this way. And I also was have upgrading issue from 58464 to 58531, - soft bricked, router not boot up, power circle not helps. Restore via restoration tool to 58531.trx, after reflash via gui to 58531.bin, nvram reset. But the same issue like I was posted at 58464.
