Anything installed via Entware will not show up in Services. You will need to manually start it. The best way to initially test it is to ssh or telnet into your router and try running it from the command line. Looks like #aria2c is the command to start it up. Once you manually get it configured and working, then you can add it to your Adminstration/Commands/Startup Commands so it starts at boot time.

Looks like it crashes on startup. Maybe something in the config file can be changed to allow it to run? I know nothing about aria2.

You will most likely need to the ping the devs over at Entware and report the issue.

Volume label should be opt not Optware, most likely. But is the (O)SSL path specified in $PATH?

Makes no difference. About anything close works.

Well, first of all, adding another torrent client is superfluous since DD-WRT for your router includes Transmission. Second of all, it seems that launching this that way via CLI requires a destination file to download, but may be required to start as a service. I'm not going to look into any dependencies as Entware should've advised this information.

Insert disclaimer about teaching a man how to fish vs. just giving him one.
