Problem Accessing Web-GUI

Hi,
I have installed and activated the DD-WRT r55678 (dd-wrt_x64_full_vga_2GB) which works flawlessly.
As I am rather new in DD-WRT I used to "wander around" the various menus trying to get more familiar with them.
To make the long story short, I have "managed" to disable Web-GUI access from LAN or WAN.
Fortunately I keep having access through SSH and Telnet.
It may be useful to say that through https://myDDNS_address:8080, I receive the feedback as depicted on the attached image.
So my questions are.
1. Is there any way to restore Web-GUI access through SSH or Telnet?
2. In case nothing else works, do I have to pay for a new license If I reset to factory defaults with "erase nvram" command?

the license is permanently bound to your MAC address
