Hi,
I'm using Linksys EA6900 with DD-WRT v3.0-r53221 std (07/08/23)
My router WAN port is connected to a modem that is capable of download speed of 1Gbps (I've confirmed it with other router)
The cable between the router and the modem is cat5e.
When I'm using speedtest from the router itself from ddwrt webgui I get max 200Mbps download speed.
QoS is off.
Has anyone else have this problem?
Any suggestions on how to solve that?
Under Setup -> Basic Setup -> WAN Setup -> Optional Settings -> Shortcut Forwarding Engine is CTF, then CTF+FA set and enabled? It may require a reboot or two after configuring those and clicking 'Save'. Also may wish to consider upgrading to current release. _________________ "The woods are lovely, dark and deep,

I've tried reboot 2 times while CTF option is selected, and still have only CTF option.
by reset to defaults you mean this:
First try to reset to default:
Set PC to 192.168.1.5
Power off
Hold blue wps button
Power on
Release WPS button when the linksys light starts flashing
Open webbrowser and go to 192.168.1.1, set default name and password and log in
and then upgrade to newest ddwrt?
if so, does the nvram will still be of size 64KB after doing that?
The WPS button reset only works if you have the Xvortex CFE with 64 KB nvram.
If you have then that is the way to go.
Only difference is that you upgrade first and do the reset after the upgrade
I found out why I don't have Flow Acceleration, it is because my WAN Connection Type is PPPoE, when I change it to DHCP for example I can see the Flow Acceleration option.
