Thank you! This one does boot on 1900ACv1. It's build 53926.

Haven't had a chance to test anything, but wanted to post that it boots.

I took the liberty of grabbing all Marvell test builds @r53926 and uploading them to my MEGA so the WRT1900ACv1 and v2 (and others) can verify no issues booting, etc.

11-08-2023-r53926

As requested, please report on the internal fan functionality and provide syslogs and serial output.

I heard the fan power up on startup, and unlike the previous versions that didn't boot, it sounded normal. The previous versions "stuttered" as the boots failed.

Unfortunately, the device is in my basement, so I can't tell if it's running at any given point or not. The CPU temperature doesn't show in the GUI but WL0 temp appears to be consistent with what it showed in the K4 versions. Router seems stable, which I wouldn't expect if the temperature was getting too high.

I was able to install build 53926 and it went up showing the update. As dpp3530 stated, I heard the fans at start up as well but I do not hear it afterwards (not really sure I heard it before the update). Under system details it says the temperature WL0 is 69.8C which I am not sure is normal or not.

Speeds appears to be normal. However, USB does not work and it previously worked without any issues.

Updated from r53562 with no reset.

Good, it's not just me. I had to move my thumb drive to the USB2 port. USB1 was not functioning at all. I am using a USB 2.0 thumbdrive.

There should be settings for when the fan turns on and off on the Services -> Services tab. Default is on at 65, off at 60. If it is working, you should be able to adjust it to remain on all the time.

Unfortunately, on my 1900ACv1, with builds 53926 and 53939, the fan DOES NOT turn on.

With 53562, if I set temps to 45/40, the fan runs constantly. Under 53926 and 53939, it does not come on at all with the same settings.

Note that I did try this after resetting to defaults.

I can confirm Rickers's findings as far as the fan goes. It doesn't appear to come on at all.

Yes, I believe the fan is not working properly as well. I can hear the fan tunning on start up but once logged in to the GUI I see the temperature going above 70 degrees on the WL0. Also, the clock is locked at 1200MHz rather than staying at 600 Mhz then going up to 1200Mhz when needed.

Above build is 53960. 1900ACv1 fans working again. Thanks!

Temps set to 45/40 cause the fan to run continuously. 55/50 cause it to run intermittently which is probably correct.

Code:
ls -al /sys/class/hwmon
drwxr-xr-x    2 root     root             0 Dec 31  1969 .
drwxr-xr-x   34 root     root             0 Dec 31  1969 ..

lrwxrwxrwx    1 root     root             0 Dec 31  1969 hwmon1 -> ../../devices/platform/pwm_fan/hwmon/hwmon1
lrwxrwxrwx    1 root     root             0 Nov 10 04:10 hwmon2 -> ../../devices/platform/soc/soc:internal-regs/f1011000.i2c/i2c-0/0-004c/hwmon/hwmon2
