Welcome to Marvell r52720 beta release thread for reporting, feedback to developers and community benefit.
Please do not flash builds until installation is understood, risks involved and device specificrecovery methods.
Avoid discussions, create threads for questions, general problems or use search; this thread is not for support.
List router model & version or revision, operating & wireless modes & exact filename/firmware image flashed.
CLI Flash: 'cd /tmp' then 'wget {file URL}' (httponly) or 'curl -O {file URL}' (http, https, ftp). 'write {file} linux' then 'reboot'.
Issues, observations, and/or workarounds reported:
• WebUI: Clear history or use a portable. Temporary cache bypass: Ctrl+F5, Cmd+Shift+R or new private window/incognito.
• Please report findings with steps needed to reproduce, configuration, clients, output, logs and important information below!
Important:
• Detail issues & relevant configs, logs: syslog klog 'dmesg' 'cat /tmp/var/log/messages' nvram set console_debug=1, serial.
• Firewall NAT: 'iptables -vnL' 'iptables -t nat -vnL' 'iptables -t mangle -vnL' & 'cat /tmp/.ipt'. Misc: stracetcpdumpwireshark.
• Gremlins: reboot. cold boot. Reset & reconfigure not restore backup. Search Trac & discuss in forum before opening tickets.
• Include operating & wireless modes (e.g. Gateway, Router, AP, SB, WDS, Mesh) and applicable configurations to reproduce.

update-browser waterfox, I switched from partition two with -r52509 with reset, It stopped responding to ping after the update, only a reboot from the power button made it return to normal!

a problem that I am reporting since switching from the two to one partition, I noticed that the router no longer responds to ping, only after a reset from the power button it returns to normal after the update, it does the same since switching from the original linksys software that I used until recently !
even if I used the nvram erase && reboot - reset default command the router behaved the same way, I had to press the power button!
I will also tell you the demonstration, I don't know what the rest of the users declare, but I did an experiment, with openwrt, gargoyle, the original software works correctly and the peak with the older version of ddwrt, I tried with the last version that I knew was stable 02-23-2023-r51838#1 everything works correctly even if I return 02-18-2023-r51741, I think the problem is from the second update since changes were made to Switch Config, otherwise the router behaves normally with the latest update!

Mode/Status: Standard router setup using both 5ghz and 2.4ghz AP's
Issues/Errors: 5ghz AP does not work. Devices do not see it even though DD-WRT reports it as working. Status>Wireless seems to report most things on the 5ghz AP as normal, except channel reports "Unknown". I tried changing the channel to various different options/frequencies in the advanced settings (away from the default of "Auto"), and some of them made the network appear on my laptop, but I was still having issues so I reverted back to the 5/8/23 build.
Update: I went back to r52720 to check something, and accidentally flashed r52720 again (the same version) and suddenly 5ghz seems to work. So I'm not sure what was going on with that.

Status: Performance is great - wifi is reliable. Best build since 51937. Thank you!

--->Note1: on the 3200ACM, vlan3/br3 setup on port-1 using the switch-config and networking tabs via the GUI.

Previous/Reset: DD-WRT v3.0-r52671 std (05/24/23). No reset this time.
Mode/Status: Gateway (SFE enabled), Access Point, 802.11r, IPV6 (DHCP6 w/ prefix delegation), Entware, DOT via SmartDNS/DNSMasq, OpenVPN server, Wireguard Server
Issues/Errors:
Up 3 days. Wireless and wired speeds are as expected. OpenVPN and Wireguard working normally. Stable enough that I upgraded my spare router to this version as well.
Noticed IPv6 had stopped working on my old build (52095). Flashed 52720 yesterday morning. No issues, IPv6 working again as expected. Speed test results as expected. Seems like a good build.
