TP-Link WR1043NDv3, if I'm not mistaken, is supposed to offer up to 450 Mbit wifi speed. What would then be the reason that an iPhone only gets around 55/55 Mbit (and this even with a direct line of sight between the devices, i.e. the same room). Unless there is something like being too close to the router... |

450MBit is only the internal LAN speed, as KP-69 noted you need x3 stream capable client and to get to 450MBit its a theoretical max..that in fact depends how would you test it...try with clients x3 streams to sent/receive locally via WiFi..or wifi x3 steam client (3 antenna) to LAN port client (wired)
Than, many other factors play role..as this is single core CPU it will bottleneck, very likely...
I have 1043v2 same as v3 hardware and never had such a internal speed..and most phones are either single stream or x2 stream capable..
Max wan performance with no SFE is around 150Mbit + with SFE will get faster, but just a bit...and not very wise to use SFE on this router too... _________________ Atheros
