Please post screenshots of applicable configuration items (Setup -> Basic Setup, Setup -> Advanced Routing, Setup -> Switch Config, Setup -> Networking, to start). Something seems very amiss somewhere in your configuration, or you may need to do a hard reset and start over from scratch.
