Could the value of CONFIG_FEATURE_EDITING_HISTORY be increased from "15" to maybe "30" if not "45"? Shoudn't consume too much memory...

I usually set shell history to 0 (send it to /dev/null) for security reasons on desktop linux.

I suepect Busybox's Ash in DD-WRT does not allow us to alter history size AFTER compiling. But it's a good measure.

Does Ash support a logout script? That's where you can clear everything automatically.

In my RT-N18U, no history was saved after any Ash sessions(e.g. SSH).
