I've tried twice in the last year to use WPA3. It seems that when I enable WPA3 Personal (leaving WPA2 Personal enabled or disabled), nothing will connect. Is WPA3 a worthwhile pursuit? In the reading I've done, it does not sound like it is adopted widespread. Is the DD-WRT recommendation still WPA2+AES?

I use WPA2/WPA3 mixed, AES encryption. All my devices connect with WPA3 fine except IoT, defaulting to WPA2.

I had problems with devices dropping their connections (or being dropped by the router). What router do you have?

i believe your clients must be WPA3 compatible, so no, support no fun...sadly all my clients are still on WPA2 AES...you can easily check if your clients support or have updated drivers to use WPA3..
I wouldn't be bothered to rush for WPA3...unless there is a desperate need and wide support of it...

That's where I'll probably be. I thought there would be more support for it by now. I guess not.
