Hello all,
Can someone advise where or how to download the latest firmware version for X86 platform? The router database says it's supported but doesn't provide a link to download.
Of course, the generic FAQ / Install wikis have links on where to look, although some links in there do not take you to the beginning of the section thanks to the page formatting because of advertisements.

EDIT: X86 wiki updated with where to find firmware images information.
Thank you for the information and updating the Wiki, I went there first and when I didn't see anything, I posted here.
If you need more help. I am currently running the x64 version of this. I used an application in Windows to write out the disk image which is the easy GUI way of getting started. It was called Phydiskwrite. Just don't select your windows drive or other drives on the system other than the intended target drive. For video adapter I recommend using a very basic video card even a old PCI Rage 128 8mb card or onboard graphics if it has one. Anything like a 8800GTX or high powered gaming video cards will crash DD-WRT on boot. Does not need anything fancy for terminal graphics. Unless your system can boot or designed to boot without graphics then you will be stuck with using the WEBGUI to configure and troubleshooting it or Telnet. The mininum you need is two NIC adapters one for LAN and one for WAN. 256mb ram or more is better with SAMBA filesharing. If you got a 4 port NIC adapter that would work too. Other option is gigabit switch in 4, 5, 8 or whatever you got for how many things you want to connect. If you want WIFI I recommend Netgear 7000 with DD-WRT configured as AP mode. You can put as many AP's you want as long as you got a Ethernet cord running to it. I wouldn't bother with repeater mode since the performance can take a huge hit with that.
I wanted to add that I've been using two qca988x(gui doesn't show the last number) for 2.4 and 5g with remote antennas and I get awesome wifi throught my 1 acre property. I also am using a 4 port nic and 2 port nic for all my hardwired connections.
