Hello, it's been a number of years since I've posted in this forum. I'm upgrading my network and I purchased a couple of used WRT3200ACM routers. Both seem to have the same problem. When I configure wireless wlan2 with a SSID, it never shows up on my wireless network. all other wlanx show up perfectly. I'm using build DD-WRT v3.0-r52306 std (04/11/23).
Note: The WRT3200ACM Firmware has a third WLAN (ath2). While some have had limited success enabling it it is recommended that it be Disabled. It was intended for DFS Radar Detection.
*This does not give you a Tri-Band Router.

ath2/wlan2 is 88W8887 a vestigial interface with no external antennas and meant for receive only so disable this.
Disabled in Wireless Network Mode, now renamed to Network Mode. Enabled AP, or anything else, issues abound.
