With the new version of the firmware, has the option of "repeater bridge" been renamed to something else? I see the tutorial in the wiki, it works with older versions of the firmware, but not sure how I would set this up with the v3.0 firmware.

Looking for a very SIMPLE way of extending the signal into the garage for a wireless lawn controller. The other alternative would be an standalone extender, but almost all of these get horrible reviews.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Client Bridge was renamed to Station Bridge. I have no issues stock EX7500, it has extra 5 GHz radio for backhaul.

Yes it is station bridge.

See my attached personal notes

But a non-bridged solution aka Station mode is the more robust one

Semantics. Only nomenclature of modes changed, not the procedure.
