If key renewal interval is causing issues, it's a client issue, not DD-WRT.

That may be but we have problems with different Apple products, Macs and Iphones. Increasing key interval mitigate the problems.

I'm trying to set up a NAS, my HD is formatted as NTFS and won't mount with the current build. I read that NTFS is however supported by a 'big build', is this 'big build' available for my Asus RT-A68U?

Use a native Linux file system.

Its an 8TB drive that is full. Is there a workaround that DD-WRT will recognise it?

Linux NTFS support is not where it should be, so no if you value your data. Also, without proper tools chkdsk etc.
