The router isn't still working properly but I think the final solution is close.
All I need at this point is a working CFE file that contains Buffalo firmware v 2.32. It has to be that version, any older doesn't work. Google and forum searches didn't help, so if somebody has this file I would really appreiciate receiving it.
That CFE didn't work, the router reboots constantly.
From OpenWRT wiki: If you brick WBR2-G54 and need to restore to factory settings you should use 2.32 firmware as others wil not work (constant reboots).
I have downloaded the Buffalo firmware 2.32 from their site, but it seems I cant flash it via TFTP, is this right?
I got cfe.bin from Tornado, then I just uploaded the firmware via JTAG-connection with the usual -flash:cfe -parameter. It worked, but the router just reboots all the time.
Now I have to get the 2.32 firmware to that kind of condition so I can upload it via JTAG like I did with Tornado's CFE-file.
first clear nvram (and maybe kernel). That should stop reboot loop. You can tftp any firmware that starts with HDR0 as kernel. It will take a long time. So if you stop reboot loop, try to tftp firmware at 192.168.11.1.

I tried to once again erase the kernel and nvram, but the router still does the reboot loop. I think the problem is in the CFE file as was stated in OpenWRT wiki.
I erased the whole flash and now I'm flashing OpenWRT firmware as kernel. The header was OK in that file. Hopefully this works.
The flashing is done now, but the router remains dead. The power, AOSS and DIAG leds are lit but nothing else happens. It does not answer to ping and TFTP times out.
I don't have any idea why the OpenWRT firmware isn't working, and I have tried this with many different firmwares.
