Pretty much says it all:
I've a Netgear R7000 with Firmware: DD-WRT v3.0-r48289 std (02/04/22) std on it.
I'm trying to install that Print Server but 2 of them neither - will grab an IP. I can print out their MAC addresses and was wonder if there was a way to force a temporary IP on them VIA the MAC address.
I've done some reading, but it's years old and seems contradictory.
ANY help? _________________ Router: Netgear R6300 v2

These are being connected via wired ethernet, I presume? I couldn't find anything about selecting which interface (wired or wireless) can be used to connect to main router/network, but the default is wired ethernet and obtain IP automatically on these.
EDIT: I guess you use WPS setup to connect wireless; WPS setup may be broken in DD-WRT? _________________ "The woods are lovely, dark and deep,

Yes.

The directions want a direct connection to the routers ethernet connections so I assume ...

It should grab an IP that I could then get to via the browser - at least that's the way I did it 3-4 years ago with my other one, but it's getting nothing.
I've looked for the MAC in the router, but can not find it. _________________ Router: Netgear R6300 v2

Nope - something's not set right in the router.
I've a Netgear R7000 now, when I set the other Linksys up, it was a Netgear 6300 - that one worked, the P/S connected and I was able to get to it, this is as if it's not even connected to ANYTHING much less the router. _________________ Router: Netgear R6300 v2

Rummaged through my old stuff, that should have been tossed long ago, and found a Linksys router that - temporarily - connected, allowed the P/S to be accessed.
Too bad the printer it was going to be attached to went south 2 pages later.
